I shouldn't think so. Got 2 of the large holdall bags plus 2 other cases (one of which I'll put back). Ok for the price I paid but certainly not worth anymore, regardless of whether they have a 5 year guarantee or not.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

I received my order today, not impressed with the maisie moo holdall , but the maisie moo tote bag which they sent in place of a rose holdall is great. Its massive and all for the price of £10.00.

Now just need to take the unwanted items back to the store for refund
  • I ordered the dahlia holdall and recieved a email from them today asking me to give tripp a call, just got off the phone to them and they're upgrading me to the Cherry vacation cabin suitcase,I'm really happy as I think that's much nicer lol
  • Received mine today very happy. Many thanks .
  • Got the e-mail to call Tripp today about my order (despite the fact that I have had 2 despatched e-mails, one from Parcelforce!!). They were out of stock of the flight bag I ordered and were refunding me. Having read on here about people being offered an 'upgrade', I asked if there was anything else they could offer me and she offered me the flight bag I thought I had originally ordered!! Turns out the picture/name on the Debenhams website says 'Ultra Guide' but the order goes through as 'Full Circle' which is a different collection! So hopefully I am now receiving what I originally ordered thanks to this forum!!
They were very helpful but looking at the Debenhams website they are still selling them which is a bit cheeky as they are out of stock?... probably down to Debenhams rather than Tripp though.

I got the maisie moo holdall and the large wheeled duffle from the Tripp website after my Debenhams order was OOS. Tripp rang me about the original order and have been really helpful (and you speak to a person immmediately when you ring them!) My daughter has gone to Austria today with the large duffle - it's absolutely huge!
    Thanks to OP

Tripp luggage on offer again at Debenhams. Can't do links but large holdall (and they are massive) down to £45 from £125, lots of others too. Think there are some codes around as well.
