You can phone Tripp up and they will arrange a courier return free of charge, they have good customer service. Otherwise I have taken a case back to the store before but not sure if that has changed recently.

Debenhams Luggage Returns

To return or exchange Tripp products please contact Tripp Customer services on 0844 264 1614 Monday - Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am till 5pm, or alternatively email [EMAIL="debenhams@tripp.co.uk"]debenhams@tripp.co.uk[/EMAIL]. A customer service advisor will be happy to arrange the return or exchange for you. You will be provided with the following options:
- Return to store

Please note that a refund is only offered if goods are returned to the Debenhams department store unused and in pristine condition within 28 days of delivery. In order to obtain a refund please take the delivery note and order confirmation email with you, along with the card you originally used to pay for the item. Products that are returned without a valid proof of purchase can either be exchanged or will be refunded onto a Debenhams gift card.
Tripp Luggage products cannot be returned without a Despatch note.
- Collection

Upon contacting Tripp customer services we can arrange for a ParcelForce courier return. Tripp customer services can be contacted on 0844 264 1614 Monday - Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am till 5pm, or email to [EMAIL="debenhams@tripp.co.uk"]debenhams@tripp.co.uk[/EMAIL].
All collections are made between 9am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. We can arrange for collection on a specific date, or alternative location (for instance home or work address). However it is impossible to book a specific time. Please note that ParcelForce are unable to collect any unattended packages for security reasons.

This was the one I wanted to buy - it was OOS on friday, so substituted for black. I now see there's 3 in stock :mad:

Problem with it is that it's really thin - our old flight bag used to fit a weekends worth of clothes in, this would struggle to fit a pair of jeans!

Buying as pressie for my dad to replace his one which is probably older than me!! Only uses it as a flight bag and to stash the duty free so hope it will be OK when it turns up . Will let you know what I think of it when it arrives...
