Just to let you know - if anyone wants the blue rose set - they are on tripp website - the large holdall is £10 (cheaper than debenhams even with the 20% code) and the small holdall is £7 - also the blue rose duffle is £25.00

My rose holdall has just arrived - it is very nice but how on earth it was originally £40 I do not know. I think the £6.40 I paid for it was plenty!

Recieved my holdall - how was that ever £80, explains why they reduced them so much. It is very nice, but it is slightly on the old fashioned side for me I think, and sadly too big for my mums mothers day, knew i should have got the smaller one lol.
I think it now has to go back to the shop

I ordered 2 items 31 Jan. Wednesday I had a call, I agreed to change one item as it was discontinued, so can I swap for another? fine. Checked the other was still in stock. All fine, despatching later that day.

Email last night asking me to call. I ring this morning. Item is OOS, would I mind swapping? Explained I'd already spoken to someone about it on Wednesday and colour exchange was fine. Please despatch order today.

Call back 10 minutes later - the second item is now out of stock, can we replace that with a different colour? Grrrr.

I ordered 2 brightly coloured bags. Am stuck with 2 black ones now. They'd better be good, else they're going straight back to Debenhams.
