When I booked our med cruise back in november we got 2 adults at $999 each and both kids free. This worked out at about £1400 for all four of us which is a really good deal for a 10 night cruise with all food and soft drinks included!! I certainly couldn't turn it down...especially as it covers our half term.
However they no longer have this deal although they do have some reduced Cat 12 (Standard Inside) rooms but you really do have to keep checking back as they often have some that pop up if people cancel or they are trying to fill the ship. If you want to do a Disney med cruise then I would definatly keep checking as they don't appear to be selling that well so may reduce further closer to the time.
In comparison, we did a 4 night bahamas cruise from florida in november and we paid £1000 for 4 of us for that so the med cruise we booked was a bargain!!

Also don't book with someone like Virgin Holidays etc for a Disney cruise as they are advertising our cruise at £1600 pp which is a lot more than we paid for all of us. Go to the Disney Cruise line website direct and price it there. Also when you get the price breakdown they automatically include their trip insurance and transfers. These are usually very expensive. You can take these off which reduces the price and sort out insurance etc yourself.
  • lol just be quoted £7000 for next year!!

Thank you for all the advice
  • book direct or with an american agent like dreams, its much cheaper, the kids clubs are not free until the kids are 3 so dont go till after there birthday otherwise you get allocated only a number of sessions in the creche and have to pay, my kids loved the kids club, they have a sail away party to and pirate night, you get a less busy/ better class of people on the 7 night than on the 3/ 4 day ones,!

check out the cruise boards on the disboards, they will answer any questions you have.

  • When I clicked on the HDUK link all the prices were a lot more than the offer said. I didn't look further into it so may have missed something. Shame the offer is only for 2 kids, at that price I'd think of taking ours who are 4, 3 and 1

you wouldnt pay full price for the 1 year old its very cheap to take an under 3 year old.
