Victoria coach station amazing

My son went to a gig in Brixton tonight, Because of a problem with someone getting arrested his tube station was closed so he and his 2 friends were unable to get their tube to the coach station. They went to another tube staion which was also closed and tried to get a taxi (without much success) He phoned home and me and his Dad prayed he would get a taxi and be able to get the coach home. Within 5 mins he phoned to say he and the girls were in a cab but would prob miss the coach.

I phoned London Victoria and spoke to a lovely man who confirmed there was a prob with the tube and he would try to hold the coach for my son and the 2 girls. I let my son know and as you can imagine they relaxed quite a bit!!!
I phoned Victoria back so they knew how far taway they were and they said they would hold the coach for 15 mins till they got there. they were so lovely on the phone and told me not to worry.

Anyway, sorry to waffle but I am just so touched by their service and relieved my son will be home in about half hour that i could shout it from the rooftops (I wont though, its cold and dark!!!)

Well Done National Express. And grateful thanks to God for keeping him safe.

I love National Express! They're SO much cheaper than the train and they actually treat you like a human being - in great contrast to the train companies!
