I bought a mobile phone through website https://www.phoneboxdirect.com, they had sent a rebufbrished Nokia 6280 piece!!!!
What should I do?

If it wasn't advertised as refurb then ring them up and tell them that the phone is not as described and request a new phone phone to be sent to you. If they refuse you could always send it back quoting distant seller regs (cooling off period when you buy online)
Just checked their website and if it was the one on the frontpage of the link you gave, when you check the phone info it states

So it maybe you ordered a recon but didn't realise...A recon shouldn't make any diference anyway, infact it could be identifed as better than new as it would possibly be a return which would then be checked fully before having new covers fitted and re-issued, whereas new pones are usually randomly quality checkedWelcome, rogerramjet.
