Anyone in the business know if there are any new offers coming up next month on T-Mobile Flext?0

I have logged onto https://www.tmobile.co.uk recently and found if you buy direct from t mobile you now get £80 credit instead of £60 for the £25.00 a month.I came into this world with nothing and I'm gonna leave with nothing.0

I have a flext plan, but I got charged for calling the channel islands (Guernsey), aren't the channel island numbers part of the UK telephone numbering system?
I thought all along, that calls to the Channel islands were counted as national calls and hence inclusive in the x-net minutes. I am pretty sure this was the case when I had a contract with Orange a year ago.
Have i missed any recent changes?
Replies would be highly appreciated!0 -

Depends on your network. Some treat CI 01481/01534 landlines as UK some dont.
You can always use a 07744 dial through access number to call a Guernsey Landline Number.;)0 -
The £20 extra through t-mobile direct channels expired at the end of july - the current web exclusive offer is 500 sms per month for life.
There's no indication of what the offer will be in future, we tend not to find out what they are until they're published online.
Also - the channel islands STD codes don't come out of your call allowance, you're best bet probably would be a calling card of some description.First name Mister

WHY? when you can call via a 07744 access number out of your inclusive x-net minutes.0 -
T-Mobile also treat the Isle of Man as an international call. BT treats it as a UK call from a landline0
