if you are stll having problems and you know somebody who has a Microsoft Technet or MSDN subscription see if you can get a copy of ERD as this makes it really easy to reset passwords that you have lost.

Try not to let Trollers get to you, you can simply click "ignore" thus stopping them from having the ability to wind you up. If the posts become abusive be sure to report it, as I and many other regulars on MSE will have no hesitation in reporting any abuse we see, whoever it is aimed at. Culminating in a well earned PPR.
