My DD got an iphone on her O2 contract & it beautiful:D

Where is the cheapest place to get an iphone on PAYG? Can be an older model.

I'm not fussed about all the applications, I just think its lovely the way it works & feels.

I'm sure I seen a flyer where Littlewoods catalogue had them for about £150, but I can't find it, then I saw an ad in the paper for Currys (I think) again for about £150, but can't find them online there either:o

Am I imagining £150 for a PAYG iphone?

Yep, you must have been dreaming. The cheapest iPhone retails on PAYG at £349 but if you hit eBay, you could get a second hand one for cheaper.

You're probably thinking of an Ipod Touch, very similar but not the same.
  • The ad might have been for an iPod touch, which looks very similar and can be had for £130-£150. Not a phone though!

iPhone 3g is £342.50. If your budget is £150, you'll struggle to get even a 2nd hand 3g one on eBay which go for £200+. You might be able to get a used 1st generation model (with aluminium back) for about £200 on eBay.

    Brilliant:):T

I guess this is the cheapest deal:money:

Quite a bit different to what the others quote above:D

I only spend £15 every other month on PAYG, so I guess thats about £90 a year + £180 to buy the phone is £270.
Monthly that would be £22.50 & I guess I couldn't get it on contract for that.

You can buy one from Tesco on contract for £225 for the phone and £20 a month including unlimited internet and £60 of calls per month. Call charge are the same as Tesco PAYG. Might be as better way for you to go?

My DH & DD are on O2, so they call me free, so I couldn't change to Tesco, good deal though if you're not tied to O2 as I am, thank you, might be good for someone else:money:

These are not brand new either, some are B or C grade handsets with scratches and scuffs etc. :money:
