Today, she swan 2 lengths of the pool and now, just read a book to DS-not a school book and she did ever so well.
Im off to have a bath, catch you all tommorrow.
I wish my 2 were little again, DS1 is being a right PITA today, so moody and giving me dirty looks if I open my mouth:o:o
I yelped with the pain in my back while going up the stairs and he said "For Gods sake Mam, is there any need for you to go on like that". Sometimes I wonder where I have gone wrong:(But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I'm watching an episode of Biggest Loser we Sky plussed this week. They all just ran a half marathon. Very inspirational
and if they can do it Spud...:D
Actually watched an episode of the latest biggest loser last week (the one on in the USA now) and they were touching on the aches and pains that they get when they are exercising to extremes....
They are virtually in the medical bay every day having ice strapped to their knees and joints. Your knees will hurt by the excess weight but they put ice packs on their knees to help them.....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
