    I was worrying so much about my roast beetroot that I totally forgot to put the spuds on (sorry Spud :)).

    We will now be mostly having roast chicken, roast veg, yorkshires, gravy

    I'm watching an episode of Biggest Loser we Sky plussed this week. They all just ran a half marathon. Very inspirational :)

    Spud you do not need chocolate..you have been doing so well......

    I am allowing myself chocolate cos I ran so far this morning.....although running does have a tendency to make me NOT want to eat...weirdly

    Today, she swan 2 lengths of the pool and now, just read a book to DS-not a school book and she did ever so well.
