Moving house what do I do?

Ok long story short, I've been with Sky for 11 years and I'm moving to my own place after splitting with my husband.
I wasn't going to get Sky but was going to get freeview+ instead. At my current place I have BT phone line and Sky+ and Sky broadband. I know I really like the convenience of Sky+ and their broadband has been excellent, I wasn't going to bother getting a phoneline or broadband in the new place but if I decide to rent out the spare room free broadband is nearly always a given these days. Sky are offering me loads of different things to keep me I only have the basic package and for Sky and broadband I pay £33 a month but then I have BT line rental aswell which I only ever use the phone line for the broadband no one knows my number and I never call out I don't have the need to.
I don't know what to do, or what I should ask for from Sky or what deals if any I can get to get the phone line cheaper and everything installed at a really cheap price considering the circumstances I need to save as much as I can.
Any ideas???
