Early release from Vodafone contract?
Hi Guys,
I've been with Vodafone now for about 5 weeks and I have a Nokia N80.
Today I have no reception at all and when I called the technical help line they said I need to return the (brand new) phone for repairs. So I will be without a phone for the duration of the repairs.
The battery in the phone was draining within 2 days and Vodafone told me it was because the 3G reception in Chesterfield is poor so it was trying to go between 3G and GSM, using up the battery. I've now switch to just GSM but the battery still doesn't last very long.
I regret moving from 3 to Vodafone now, is there any way I can terminate the contract with Vodafone and move back? I'm not very happy with the phone and the service isn't too hot either. I've had no reception all day and all they can say is the phone needs repairing!!
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Richard.
