I received the iron today and I only ordered it on Saturday! Very pleased with it. I thought my existing Philips was good but the Morphy Richards is twice as heavy and has a high capacity water tank for longer ironing between refills which is good. I had a little play with it and it irons very well. For £13 and free delivery by DHL this is a corker of a bargain.
I'm still waiting for the radio so fingers crossed! Thanks OP - I've nominated you for post of the month!0 -

:rotfl: :rotfl: Instead of wasting money on card why don't you buy her a pack of dusters or something? maybe dishcloths? I'm sure they would be more use to her than a poxy card.0 -

If you really want to push the boat out, then why not buy some cheap and cheerful cleaning cloths and dusters, and use those to wrap those lovely presents in. That way, your wife can also use them to clean the house with, and you've killed two birds with one stone. It's the finishing touches that make presents like those even more special and meaningful.0
