    i know that now mate.. i was given a hpi from the seller which turns out its fake,
    i would have no problem if he didnt tell me is cat d write of, as the rule''sold as seen applies '' i guess, but thats a fake document, and i forwarded to the police.
    yesterday i got a call from the police telling me that the seller is been known to operate as a trader from his home buying and selling cars, so they will follow this up as have had 3 more complaints

    I just love Cat D's.

    I have just bought another one . But I buy them from auction and have them repaired will run this one for 5-6 years and by then it will owe me nothing.

    I have all the photos so if for any reason we do need to sell it I can show buyers exactly what was wrong.

    I have included a link to show a good example. I am very surprised that this is Cat C but taking it at face value there is not a hell of a lot wrong with it. The airbag will be the most expensive bit to fix (I try and find ones where the air bag hasn't gone of)
