    Well I didn't try that scenario........but bear with me while I give it a go.

    See what you mean. From what I can see, it's not the way Excel handles the number on pasting, but clipboard itself. It automatically defaults to matching the source format, which is the exponential version of the number.
    I'll have to look at finding a way to tell clipboard to match the destination format, rather than the source format.

    Select the column you want to format. When it is highlighted, goto 'Format' from the menu, then 'Cells'.
    It should bring up a menu of possible types for the cell. It should already be on 'Number', and show 2 decimal places. Set the decimal places to '0' save, and presto........no more '+11'

    Thats what I do now but its just takes more time up. I liked the old way.

    OK I've been playing :D

    Format the whole column to 'number' decimal places 0. Then instead of pasting into the cell, select the cell and paste into the formula bar.
