Sorry Martin fills in his receipts? Surely it is fraud, to obtain money using false documents.
Then he complains?

All this whinging, get a completed receipt or grow some and report them, but don't spend your time complaining about it

We go to Rate 2 after 10pm, neighboring district after midnight, other neighboring district don't have meters at all.

It's up to the individual district.

I find it amazing that Martin lewis, now a multi-millionaire, is fiddling about with receipts and claiming for taxi fares????

Does he really need to claim back these small amounts of money?

We criticise MPs, quite rightly, for their dodgy claims but really, a bloke worth about £80 million or so claiming taxi fares:(

I like the system in Hong Kong if any one has been. You get a printed receipt for every journey. Same in many countries to be honest and useful as you feel like you are not being ripped off as well
