    Have just requested £15.50 from scratchies, OH got £2.10 in tips last night and has just got himself a days o/t too.
    Been thinking about selling a sony e reader i got for xmas, they retail for £220 any idea what i might get for it? Extra money would be really handy with baby due soon.

    Hi Nicky - I sold mine recently on e bay and got £60 for it - it was one of the first edition ones though but in excellent condition - had barely used it just couldn't get on with it - I like proper books!

    I'm the same. My dad got it for me, he was meant to buy me a book but couldnt remember which one so got me the reader instead! Expensive blummin book! If i dared i'd ask him for the recipt, but he gets funny about stuff like that:o
    Anyhoo just checked my nectar acc and had another 500pts credited, only worth £2.50 but i'm busy saving them up for pressies.

    Just got a cheque from Swinton for £40 cashback for taking out their car insurance(PLUS got £40 through quidco too so a bonus!!).......so that takes my total this month up to £120/£280:)
    Also got some ebay finishing today so will add that on later xx

  • Ebay profit was £19.39 in the end :DOff to collect a benefit makeup free gift that theyd run out of at xmas so hopefully it's something I don't want so I can sell it on

    Very slow start so far ... :o

    26p profit on a CD sold on Play, 100 Boots points (= £1), and saved £2.72 on my normal shopping in Boots.
    Debt Jan 2008: £45,566. *** June 2013: DEBT FREE! ***
    Paid back just under £50,000 due to some interest added.

    Dealt with my debt through a Step Change

    Right the £40 from Naked wine has gone back in my bank - and my OH came home with a £10 voucher from work which he kindly gave to me so £72.12 so far! still not got round to selling any books on Amazon yet!
