Sorry for the thread hijack, but what does it mean about for new customers?
I was a pay monthly customer with Orange till about 2005/6 from where I moved to payg with a different provider.
Do you think I will be able to go back to Orange as a 'new' pay monthly customer?0 -
New customers usually just means signing up for a new contract and getting a new number (although you may be able to transfer an existing number).0

Well I still have my Orange number I got in 1996 and I would love to bring it home, especially as the other providers don't seem to deal with it very well.0

looking at it, it applies to their phone contracts above £10 a month, just not i phone contracts etc.MFW#105 - 2015 Overpaid £8095 / 2016 Overpaid £6983.24 / 2017 Overpaid £3583.12 / 2018 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2019 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2020 Overpaid £2583.12/ 2021 overpaid £1506.82 /2022 Overpaid £2975.28 / 2023 Overpaid £2677.30 / 2024 Overpaid £2173.61 Total OP since mortgage started in 2015 = £37,286.86 2025 MFW target £1700, payments to date at April 2025 - £1712.07..0
