Having trouble registering for O2 internet

Hi there
after all your help, I have finally decided to go with O2 package.
Got migration code. When it comes to the part to enter your direct debit details, it keeps saying I am entering the wrong details and throws me our for 1 hour after 3 attempts! I did fone )2 but not interested as they can only process direct, and as I am going through quidco they can't do cashback.
I can't see where I am going wrong. Has anybody else had these probs?

Sorry to ask, but are you entering the correct DD details?
First thing I would do is try a different browser, what are you using now?No free lunch, and no free laptop

or try a different account0

There have been reports of this problem in the past on the O2 forums (http://forum.o2.co.uk/), I understand it is an issue with some numbers and their website. Probably best to phone them and pass on the details.
You won't regret moving to O2.0 -

Yes, but the OP will regret losing the Quidco cashback if they can't sign up online. Isn't it time that 02 fixed this?No free lunch, and no free laptop

Must be filling the form in wrong. It's easy done.
I've had people tell me they've tried something 20 times and when I look... yes, they've filled the form in wrongly.
Post images of the form here (blank anything that's very private) and show us what you've entered.0 -
Hi there
have tried every thing possible and even tried registering different accounts but still tells me either address or bank details are wrong and throws me out after 3 attempts. o2 not at all interested unless I sign up with them over the phone, I am gutted to lose the £100 cashback even though I want to go with o2!

Have you tried using a different browser as suggested? No free lunch, and no free laptop

Would have been sceptical about the advice to try a different browser until recently when I tried to set up a DD with United Utilities. In firefox it said my account number was invalid and refused to go any further, tried it in internet explorer and no problem at all. So definitely worth trying a different browser.0

I'm not sure this is the problem in the OP's case, but where some people go wrong is entering a 0 instead of a O.
A friend of mine kept trying to email me and was getting frustrated that the mail kept getting returned, all because they kept typing in a 0 (naught) instead of a O, as in O2.
..just thought I'd mention that
