daft question about sausages

I like the Butchers Choice Cumberland sausages from Tesco. They are mid range price and the quality is quite good.
If you go to the meat counter they have come which are proper meaty but quite pricy.0 -
Waitrose organic/free range are my favourites, followed by Duchy Originals. But perhaps it's also the way you cook them. If I have enough time, I quite like popping them in the oven for 25 minutes or so - don't !!!!! the skins and turn them once. Yummy, perhaps I'll do them for tonight.0

Can anyone recommend a good sausage that has the meat ground up more most of the quality sausages seem to have the meat coarsly ground iykwim & my dd who is a sausage fiend hates the texture.Booo!!!0
