Just had a letter from the above, advising my claim for help with accrued bills has been accepted-
A total of £1,200 odd to be credited between gas / leccy bills, so I can start afresh-
this is a grest weight off my mind, being out of work for so long and striggling with bills.
Did a fairly straight forward form - links on here i think, or the BG site.. sent off just after xmas, so quite a fast turnaround!
if in doubt, ask- they can only say no.. but they might say yes!
