  • was you looking for certain features? or was it just a cheap phone you was after. my guess is ebay seems to be cheap for oldish phone, however there are a few new phones which can be unlocked for free.

if you list down the features that you need, im sure someone will be able to recomend a phone
  • Pretty much just for phoning and texting on all networks (even 3 if possible) could be in poor condition if used. Just want a really cheap unlocked phone that can call and text

All carphonewarehouse phones are unlocked. So maybe go in there and ask what's their cheapest payg handset. Or have a look on ebay.

All the phones Ive had from CPW have been unlocked but if you want to be certain try Mobiles.co.uk. Their cheapest is the Samsung E1100 at £18.90 including £10 calls minus £10 Quidco so £1.10 cheaper.
