Sky Player Problem

Hi there,
I am trying to access the Sky Player online.
I am aware that to access the Sky Player, the customer needs to either have a BB Unlimited or Multiroom subscription. I already have a Sky TV subscription, along with Broadband Unlimited and SkyTalk, so am assuming I should be able to use the Sky Player, however when I have signed up, for some reason it informs me that I do not have an existing BB unlimited subscription.
I have been round and round the Sky Help website for the past hour looking for the solution, but it is an awful site: I can't find anything in relation to it. I have also rang customer services, who have confirmed I do have BB unlimited, but thats about it....They were more interested in selling Sports and Movie channels than actually helping out with the problem. Its a real shame that Sky have created a vast website to help customers with their problems, but in reality it is completely useless, and I have to resort to a money saving forum to answer a query.
Does anyone know of the best way forward?
