urgent help appreciated - laptop playing up

the battery is located at the base of the laptop .

Deffo try another mouse / keyboard to get access to safe mode with networking
1 - update malwarebytes run scan in safe mode
2 - download superantispyware update and run in safe mode
3 - if that dont remove the problem , you might need a re-install

if you manage to access safe mode then try an earlier restore point

assume this is Vista ??

downloaded somehow , then boot from the Cd and choose restore from there ....can you get a friend to download ??
