Simplyfy Digital..........Are they for real?

I'm moving house this weekend and decided to change my broadband/tv/phone service. Went through this webisite then via Simplyfy Digital signed up to get Virgin Media services with £130 cashback. I was given today as my installation date, they took my credit card details to take an installation fee and my bank details for direct debit. This was back on 14th Jan.
Virgin Media aren't coming today, they have no account for me or have ever heard of Simplyfy Digital and I have spoken to at least 6 different representitives from VM. Of course I rang SD and they said "we don't know why VM have no details of you, the account went through at our end we will ring you back". They haven't taken a payment from me and they haven't got back to me yet but nobody at VM knows who they are. Has anyone else gone for this £130 cashback deal and had problems?
