Can you buy things other than ringtones with mobile credit?

O2 sent me £100 credit because of a charge mix up, and i just wondered if you can buy things using your mobile credit. I know you can buy ringtones using credit so just wondered if you could buy other things using mobile credit

Any suggestions would be greatfully received

You could enter text competitions, that's what I did with £10 left over PAYG credit. Sorry that's all I can think of

I think you can pay for (legal) MP3 downloads from https://www.wippit.com using text messages

the best thing is to leave the credit there and let it pay off your line rental for the next few months, that way you can spend the £100 you save from your pocket on anything you like!!

If you are on contract, let it sit on ur account to pay ur monthly bills.

If on PAYG - if u r of the philanthropic kind, donate to charities. Else, u can convert to Contract - O2 will give u an excellent deal and also put ur PAYG balance as a credit on ur contract phone bill.

You can also consider buying calling cards though with O2 it is cheaper to call intn'l via 0844 numbers.
