NCO Europe keep calling me! Please Help!

1st post so hi everyone
Over the last few days I've been getting missed calls from NCO Europe.
When I finally called them back they asked for my name and address. I only gave them my name and first 3 letters of my postcode. He said it wasn't enough to find my account...
I then said, look you have my Number, my name, and now the area I live in. I want to know why you keep calling me!!! He said he has my number from Orange regarding my account. I don't have or have ever had an Orange account. He then said that somebody may be using my name and number to get an account elswhere _pale_ !
I wouldn't give him any more details but he said the account details should come up automatically when the computer dials me next time. So I said I'd wait until then.
I am really worried about this, that someone could be racking up a bad debt under my name! Or could NCO be trying to get my details
...?
Can someone help me deal with this please!!
Thanks.
(BTW I have a little debt on my cerdit card but NOTHING else. I am confident that I don't owe NCO, Orange or anyone else ANYTHING)

If you've never had any account with Orange, then you have nothing to fear....they have to prove that debt is yours and not to you that it is not. I would suggest that next time they call, never...ever give them your name & address and request that all future correspondence be in writing only, block their number if possible.0

If you've not already, check your credit report to make sure there's nothing showing there. Worth paying the £2 and getting the printed copy posted to you."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0

K. This may sound !!!!!! but how can I do this? Is there a good reputable place?... Will it show all accounts linked to my name?

Your question is not !!!!!! at all. There are three Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs) in the UK, each of which can quite feasibly hold different information about you. Each request costs £2, so a total of £6 for all three agencies, which if all are searched will show the vast majority of all credit accounts in your name.
This page explains how to obtain your reports quite well.
Thanks
