I regularly need to scan coloured A4 sheets to create 4 page documents but am struggling to find the right way to do this without having really bloated file sizes. Once scanned I put into a Word Doc, then create a PDF file with a proper Pdf software. To ensure the results are readable 4 pages is usually IRO 2mbs which is…

Yep sure is and most of the time I get there sooner.
BUT it was a challenge on this otherwise wet and nothing much to do day.
