Simple Iphone Question

Hello friends,

I have an iphone of 'apple'.I have a little question that
"Is it possible to sync Microsoft Outlook with the iPhone?"
Please suggest me the right way or provide the proper link if possible.

Are you using MS Outlook with Exchange server or just through POP/IMAP mail i.e. a regular personal email account such as btinternet, hotmail or yahoo?

I have an iPhone for my work phone and it is sync'd with our company email system. I mean fully sync'd as in changes I make to my email/calendar/contact in Outlook or on the phone are automatically changed both ways.

On the other hand, I also have my personal email (btinternet) account setup in the phone, but this just receives/sends mail, i.e. changes I make on the phone do not update my email account in Outlook on my home PC (e.g. if I delete a mail on the iPhone, it doesn't automatically delete on Outlook).
