Problems with an eBay seller

There is a clearly defined procedure for goods that are not as described (SNAD)
I went through the process yesterday and the seller refunded me AND told me to keep the item.
Wish I tried that now, but its to late had a phone call this morning about shipping, they should be here monday. If not I'll try SNAD.
