Though the thought of spending an hour and a half in there.... :eek:0 -
I received an "invoice " in May for parking in Sheffield Retail Park. Went in Pc World and was then going for a meal at a restaurant in Centertainments. Left the car in the apparent free car park, did not notice any signs, although recently I have found them but not near where I was parked. Whilst away from the car I actually lost my keys and after frantic searches had to get public transport home to get my spare set. A month later I got the initial letter from G24. I actually wrote to them explaining the circumstances, but they duly ignored that and sent me a reminder. I sent the same letter again. Obviously not interested, they have now sent me the full set of letters and I have just received my notification of a home visit. Worried...nope. If they do send someone, I have all my ammo and if they wish to take me to Court, then bring it on!
I have written to my local MP, whose constituency, the retail park falls into and await a reply from him.0 -
You must not ignore this notice. A contravention has been committed, and it is your responsibilty to gather information to the contrary.0

LE--Why not ignore it, just what are they going to do.
Just in case you don't know the answer is NOTHING.
Deanevo just ignore the ppc poster, he's a nuisance we have to put up with.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Three statements from Lurking. All of them utterly wrong.
You can and should ignore this notice.
There has been no contravention whatsoever.
You have no responsibility to gather information whatsoever - that burden falls to the claimant in civil matters which is why these dreadful companies have their 'appeals' which are nothing of the sort.0 -

Just thought I would correct that post as Lurking Enforcer must have typed it so quickly.
Can there be another explanation for such an incorrect post?0 -
