i phone number reject list?

Hi, does anyone know if there is a way of forming a list of numbers that the phone will autimatically reject?
My old samsung had a way of me adding a number that had called me to the reject list and then when they rang the call would automatically be rejected without me having to even acknowledge it at all, so now I have the I phone and want to be able to do the same if poss, but i've looked in settings and there'ss nothing there.
Does anyone know if there is an app? I've tried searching but it only came up with 1 and the reveiws weren't good and i'm not sure it did what i would want..

There are apps but they are not sanctioned by Apple. You therefore will probably have to jailbreak your phone before you can download this kind of application.0
