I am baking for a dress down / cakes fundraiser for Haiti. Obviously yesterday was a better day than today. Yesterday's Rocky Road good. My coconut pyramids have fallen apart today and my Lemon Drizzle cake is more a Lemon Drizzle Canyon.:( I'm hoping I can salvage my reputation with a Rhubarb and Custard Cake - think I'll move the shelves and pray. i've been thinking of going to the drs.... and telling them that i have no energy, motivation to do anything, have trouble getting to sleep at night, can't be arsed to cook so end up snacking on carp food..... i keep putting off doing the simplest tasks.. like scanning some docs, paying bills..... you get the idea....
