Make a shopping list for heading south next week - we def need dishwasher tablets and a few other dried things I might sneak home in a suitcase!

Give me a shout if you are passing through Edinburgh way. I have a huge box of dishwasher tablets got about 2 years ago and I never use the thing. Welcome to them if you want them. (I think there is about 30 or so left in box).

    5) Take own drinks and sweets.
    6) Did SC and checked Quidco. Had a query paid out on.
    7) All meals from stores. Will make soup with all the veg that needs using up.
    8) LSD - just parking.

    Hiya
HM Soup and cheese scones for lunch (Soup is SW for me, Bubs eating a bowl too - very messy since Grandad taught him to dunk his bread - LOL)

6 Cupcakes in Halogen oven ( a half mix) for DS and ballet friends snack after school (On a Thursday I collect them all from school and drop them at the dance school for dancing lesson - so a "in-transit" snack is very welcome.

Registered with local Dental School and am now getting 4 veneers on my front teeth - FOR FREE!!!!!!!! Yipee cos they use 4th yr students. They are also gonig to take the kids on as NHS patients which will save a 25 min drive to our existing dentist (He's retiring BTW so I don't feel too guilty moving)

Got gifted a huge bag of wool - crocheting even more handbags to sell for school funds - but I've snaffled the real wool DK and aran to knit sweaters for the Bubs. Thinking a couple of sizes up to give me time to finish them.

Tidied out my DS bedroom (the smallest in the house) prompting Grandad to offer to help me form the extra rooms we have space for upstairs - then DS can have a larger room (Shhh!!! and I will be able to let a couple of rooms out to students when Grandma and Grandad move into their new house). Means I will have the smallest room to use as an "office" or "craftroom" or "ebay shop" depending on what will earn me some more pennies.

NOw got the car filled on the school runs - taking a teacher and another pupil to school. Both are chipping in on petrol so I figure my petrol budget will remain unchanged - despite the price-hike.

Little things every day seems to be the trick.

PS anyone managed to get their washing dry outside yet? - mine is hanging like "the bells that never rang"

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

friends over for the weekend and I need to show them were not living like students anymore.

This made me chuckle - my OH has a couple of friends like that and the husband is coming to stay with us this weekend. Even though I'm not going to be here when he comes, I've been flyladying like a banshee!

Other DFW things for me today:
    1. Did a MS!
    2. Am compiling my work expenses in readiness for the end of the month.
    3. Have used email instead of phoning.
    4. Am looking on eBay for 2nd hand wedding supplies instead of buying new! Wish I had thought to find my husband-to-be this way!
    5. Have made a Valentine's card!

    Good luck everyone!
    Overpay!
