On a bit of a go slow at the moment, but managed to make another £30 yesterday. I got £20 worth of Amazon vouchers from dooyoo and £10 worth from bingoport :j

Doesn't sound like a 'go slow' to me - keep up the good work :T
    Just £10,852.28p to go...

right so plan of attack today.
mum has just phoned and asked me to take her to b&q so will do that and by the time i get back will be babas nap time, while she is asleep i will get listing again!
ebay pulled one of my listings the other day saying i wasnt allowed to use somebody elses pics???? it was just a pic i found of my item on the internet... sooooo will take an actual pic of my item and put that on. (I actually have 10 of these items to sell!)
I also bought a cheap job lot of makeup that i am going to relist as a job lot on ebay as it will take me far too long to shift individually.
2 items to post...the boots i bought for 80 off ebay sold yesterday for 120! so they will be posted out and a makeup brush that sold last week.
and after all that i may just clean up! ha x

We take in foreign students throughout the year - from March to October on/off. We have space for three and receive just over £100 per person each week. Typically they stay for a fortnight so that's around £600 each two weeks. A nice tidy extra income :)

There is some initial outlay (enhanced CRB if you haven't got one, a gas certificate, we bought new bedding and towels, lunch boxes...) but it's a worthwhile experience and a good money spinner.

Just a bit more inspiration from the book I'm reading (the now habit)
It basically says that often we don't get started because we know that further down the llne there are tasks that we don't know how to do or on't feel confident to do. We need to remember by the time we reach that point of our project we will have undertaken lots of other tasks and our knowledge base, contacts and confidence levels will be different from what they are today.
So if the finished project is something we really want to reach and we have the skills to do the first steps on our "journey" then we should do those without fear of the later steps.
I guess that holds unless you were going to do something like sign a lease on buying a hairdressers in the belief that you would def train and qualify as one when you hadn't even appied for a course yet.
but research and business planning don't have the same legal and financial commitment complications.
Don't think you need to have all the skils and confidence in place in order to start - those will come by actually starting.

Excellent advice as usual - thanks so much Jo, you've encouraged me to make a start. That's so right - i've not been doing the easy tasks as i know there are hurdles further along the line, but by the time i reach them, i'll be better placed to conquer them! Cheers x :T
