paula - it might be a good thing for it to go to collections agency cos then you can say that you'll pay them x amount per month and as long as you stick to it and they're happy with it then all is good. I know when mine went to agency (granted not as big as £6k tho) I paid £25 per month and it soon got paid off and they weren't adding interest n charges on to it constantly. Definitely ask on the other boards, I'd post it on the debt free wannabee section though cos they bit friendlier on that one

is someone taking the p!ss tonight??? I have had three questions about shipping on one item on ebay, one to Ukraine, one Slovakia and one to Bulgaria....

don't mind but they wont buy cos the items are at least 8kg !

    grrrrr

Would that be for a bundle of kids clothes?

They are notorious for going abroad, apparently they don't do clothes like us, especially next, sold a bundle of 3-6 girls clothes for £56 because I was willing to post them to Spain.

Not sure Paula, but I would ask on the banking boards. Good luck.

Am really tired this morning, but have loads to do, want to write some Dooyoo this morning and make some jewellery this afternoon. I am playing around with a free 30 day trial website to see what I can get it looking like and then I'll pay for the subscription when I'm happy etc. Loads to think about and do.

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.
  • Paulabear - agree with Cally, if whoever the debt is with, will not accept a revised payment plan, then a collection agency is better, they have to accept whatever you offer them (as long as it is reasonable) and also, no interest is added meaning you just pay what you owe, not what you owe plus interest.

ps -havent forgotten you, between life and kids, it is taking me a while to get round to replying! will do it today, don't have quite such a long to do list!

MM I use affiliatewindow but you do need to pay £5 (which you get back on your account instantly) to open an account. They have all the top stores under their affiliates, but not sure how relevant to jewellery making a lot of them will be.

I can't wait to see my website either lol, I have so many ideas, but am scaring myself with all the legalities etc. I WILL do it though and overcome all that.
