Boiler replacement

I am thinking of getting British Gas to replace my boiler ( yes Martin, I qualify for the boiler scrappage scheme). I am fed up with "good" workmen who are cheaper but only want the money and are not interested when there are problems afterwards. At least with BG, I hope they will not ignore any hiccups afterwards. Anyone got experience with BG before I commit???
All input very welcome!!
Thanks.

Hi Elementary,
I used to have a BG boiler service contract and they were always very helpful, good customer service and I would recommend their service contracts (if they weren't so dear!)
I've just had a replacement boiler on the Warm Front scheme so it might be worth checking if you're eligible for that before you go ahead with BG.
