Well the Manager promised to call me Last Tuesday however he never did this was to follow up on the call i had made about the 2 appointments were they turned up without the parts i have not even had a sorry from them for this i also lost my voice that week so i could not phone them up to chase this. Sorry for being blunt but they couldnt give a toss about you so I would suggest you will never get a sorry from them. All they want is to get you off the phone as quickly as possible.The Daily Mail
