however, i will say one thing. if you are genuine and that really is your attitude, then it's no wonder your ex has taken his stance. your attitude is akin to my ex, and she will sit there spitting feathers on a fiver a week until she pulls her head out of her !!! and rejoins the human race.

If you would care to read my original question, I didnt have all guns blazing. My attitude? Its called standing up for myself, I know thats something absent fathers cant fathom, it really ticks them off when we dont roll over and let them walk all over us, probably why your ex has taken her stance im sure.

And as for spitting feathers over a fiver? Yes, as you point out, its just a fiver, such a tiny insignificant amount, so have you any idea how stupid you sound when you complain about it and refuse to pay it?

i don't complain about paying a fiver a week..... she does though.

and the reason she is on that, is her attitude. much like yours really. and also, she has lied and fiddled the system to her advantage and i have merely returned the favour.

perhaps if you altered your attitude then you might find your ex a little more compliant.

I'm afraid that your posts do make you sound as if you are primarily doing this to punish your ex, rather than to make a better life for your children.

To go back to the initial question .... if the CSA want you to prove he is doing what you accuse him off, the only way to do it is to have evidence of him admitting it. There's no other way to prove it is there?

Like someone has already said, he might be paying more into his pension because he missed 3 yrs of pension payments when training (or maybe even more if he didn't have a pension before he fully qualified).

my child is far from suffering. also, it's not a case of not liking my ex sticking up for herself, it's a case of her being a vile, selfish witch who is quite happy to cut her nose off to spite her face.

also, it was the csa who advised her to cut overnights to increase her money, so now whose causing my child to suffer, you idiot???? still. 2 years in court and a flaming from the judge have "altered" her attitude now.

i wonder if you're a contact blocker too? have you used this tactic yourself? is this why you're in the mess you're in now, because of your attitude? i think there is a whole lot more to your story than is on here.

just from your attackin, viscious posts, i can see you're going to have a whole lot more aggro with your ex, so like i said, your attitude will prevail and your child will suffer from being around in that atmosphere.

still, my child is getting older and sees the venom and spite from her mother herself. she's not daft and knows that the drivel her mother feeds her is nonsense. hence the lack of respect she has for her now.

i only hope you realise one day that dragging the hatred around will stress you out no end and affect your child too. a very selfish approach if you ask me.
