The reason there has been no reply (jesus, you should really see a GP about this paranoia) is that the post from Sou contains all the info the PWC needs.

I notice that you didn't actually help either...just tried to put yet another newbie off the forum

It seems only the DUTR haters have the paranoia as I don't hate women and don't hate you

No I meant the thread with the male PWC.

All you done was distribute your paranoia
I will look back at the thread to see who has assisted , since the scenario is not uncommon, only that a male PWC is asking for the help this time, look at the other thread where the guy is paying the mortgage and his ex wants CS also. Yet the 'gang' memebers are frightening the guy to suggest he has to bend over and take it all,

It stays open until the original question is deemed to be answered (which maybe the case already) :o

thanks everyone for all of your very helpful and informative replies, especially the ones who have warned me about DUTR, I wish I'd had the information last night before I got drawn into his sad little game, mind you I should have realised, he has the classic knob characteristics.

DUTR, no matter what you believe, none of your replies to my post assisted me, as I was more than aware that a person can pay whatever they want into their pension and that wasnt actually my question, I wanted to know how I could prove he was paying a larger amount so as to avoid paying for his children, so if you would be so kind as to crawl back under whatever stone you came from it would be very much appreciated.

would fail miserably. it's not classed as diverting as it's not going anywhere other than providing for old age.

something this government have been harping on about for years.

Not necessarily - it depends on how much of his net income he was diverting.

I don't know why you are getting ****y , to be fair and logical you don't know for sure why he has applied more to his pension,it may not be to avoid giving it to you for his children. If you beleive that is what he has done then prove it! As now you are a mind reader :p
So good luck with your begging bowl conquest :D
That is good time you could be devoting to your children ..the brilliant mum you are!

Dont your worry yourself about my kids, whilst ive been sat on my backside with my feet up on this here pc, Ive sent them off to the chippy for some tea. Its about time they started doing stuff for themselves, they will be starting primary school this year for goodness sake! Im sure they'll be hanging around a street corner now with their little mates and the bottle of cider they will have bought with the change, the little minx's - I hope they dont forget to fetch my fags!

Begging bowl? Hun, make that a bucket, as you have cleverly guessed already - Im not proud! Yes, prove it, thats what I was asking the question here for. The sooner I do that, the sooner I will be able to screw that poor, poor man for even more money - well, nights out dont come cheap you know. Oops, sorry, I dont suppose you would know, would you. You really should get yourself a social life. Oh yes, I forgot, you are a paying father who heroicly pays more than he has to, so dont have spare money for that sort of thing, and I suppose a lack of friends doesnt help either.

Well dont give up, Im sure one day you will meet a lovely woman, and maybe if you are really lucky she will have kids and a daft ex who pays her loads of maintenance and you can enjoy the benefits of being on the receiving end of someone elses hard earned cash.

Well I must go now, theres a bottle of lager in that fridge with my name on it!

If that is how you describe yourself then who am I to argue?
As said, you believe he is diverting his income to avoid contributing more, it maybe true it may not, remember the panel that make the final decision is not on MSE and they are not necessarily anti NRP.
You request for re-assesment etc maybe succesful it may not , once again good luck
saying that have you thought about just asking him to make an additional payment? You never know he may just agree
