Its a cupcake! Then there are bread rolls, and buns are what GISI posted!
I went to stay with a friend in Wigan a few years ago and went into the bakery near the train station on my way home for a bacon roll, but looked at the price list and it looked like they didnt do it, even though I could see people eating them! I asked for a bacon roll and they looked at me like I was a freak cos I didnt know what a barm was :o

Well, I bought a babygate today, the smallest one I could find that doesnt need to be drilled, and it doesnt fit anywhere :( lush. The landlady said we werent allowed to drill one in, so apparantly Seth's safety comes way below her precious wonky walls in her list of priorities *rolleyes*
you have a friend from Wigan?!
btw way you are all clearly weird for not knowing it a barm :rotfl:[LINK REMOVED]

Em I'd just put the drill gate up, you can fill the holes in when you move

Susan - we have stotties in wigan bu they're called Bin Lids down here

    Evening all..

Have been to Sainsburys and stocked up on nappies and food. I looked at the toddler meals in see through trays and I don't think some of those were as lumpy as Rhys has his food now *confused* Ah well..

Had a fruit/veg mushing (more like just crushing now, perhaps?) session so we've got more apple, pear and creamy parsnip now :) The freezer is jam packed (mix of our food, Rhys food and his milk) so I've really got to stop soon!

Grouchy bucket is asleep with Daddy again. He cried all through his tea, like he was still whinging with hunger, forgetting between spoonfuls that he was actually being fed! *rolleyes*

kisses were sent via express mail just to make sure :p:rotfl:

And a buttie is 2 pieces of bread with various contents, one bit folded in half is in actual fact called a piece !!! However, if you are having a piece with chips, bacon, sauceages or an egg, then you forgo the formality and call it a buttie anyway :p:rotfl:

CSH my little one is really long as well i buy him the sleep suits without feet they last a hell of a lot longer and just put socks on his feet when its really cold. If you can sew or know someone that does you can cut the feet of his other ones and hem them you will get more use out of them then :-)
