Hi Mel
Was your plan to have Kai in the little room until baby girl is older, then Kai in with the big boys?
Couldn't baby girl stay in with you for a year-ish, making Kai that little bit older when he goes to share?
Or is the third room big enough for Kai and baby-girl to share for a couple of years until Kai is a bit older to go and share - then you can have your pink & glittery decorating frenzy!
Em He's gorgeous. At least you have carpeted stairs for soft falling, ours are stripped wood.:beer:0
