evening all! its been an eventful day here, not stopping long as i need to sleep lol!
Charlie was up most of last night being sick so have a huge pile of washing from that! we got his Thomas bed and although he thinks its great its taken around 3 hours to finally get him off to sleep. he was crying for his cot which was taken away due to the chunks of wood he had chewed off the head/foot boards!!
Abi split her head open, she was walking through to the kitchen tripped up and landed on the metal wheel part of the pram. It was pouring with blood and for the first time ever i really froze and didnt know what to do! she is ok but it really looks bad.
After all the bad things i do have some good news :D:D:D I saw a job advertised and sent them an email, they phone today and have asked me to attend an informal intrview tomorrow!!!!! I know a few of you will laugh but its a great job :D working in a brand new cup cake bakery shop :D i soooo hope i dont have to take my work home :D:D:D
hope everyone is good and im off to catch up xx

    It was busy.

Swimming at 10.30am which is a 45 minute drive away! Took her out for a late lunch to McD's, mainly so she could have a ride in her new pushchair! She's been wanting to go out in it since it arrived yesterday.

Then the weekly trip to the supermarket.

Tiredness hit Katie like a brick wall at about 7.30 and was asleep for 8pm.

I'll have to take her out dancing more often.

Caz - Katie was a bit like that when her cot was converted to a bed, she loved the novelty of being able to get out of bed! That sounds awful for Abi - Katie's not had any cuts yet but I'm dreading the first. Fantastic news on the job - can you send some vibes my way.

I just laughed at her !! I also said that if her behavior and attitude didnt improve, she would be losing the nice things she already had ;)

  • Tara - I'm going to remember that for when Katie starts talking back. I'm trying to nip the hitting in frustration in the bud at the moment - 2 warnings then on the stairs for 2 minutes.

Girls have such attitude problems, but mine was a sweetheart yesterday. She caught one of the beachballs thrown into the audience, then gave it to the brat!

  • Jas is the same, I can go for over a week and not really have to tell her off for anything, then for about a month she decides that life owes her something !!
I have got to the point now where I just send her to her room, cuz no punishment works !!

And I would have burst the beachball !! lol

    Awwww that's so sweet Tara.

I'm watching this comedian on Live at the Apollo and he's got both me and DH laughing out loud - he's from Deep South America and he commenting on how Americans don't get the Brits.
