Glam, what's the difference between a nappy and a night time nappy? *confused*

Nothing! His night time nappy is the one that goes on before bed that doesn't get changed until after his morning bottle. I was just trying to minimise the time that that nappy was on - wpuld have gone on at 7pm (I THINK) and wouldn't have been changed til around 8am.

I tend to whacka load of talc on his bum as well so that he doesn;t get a sore botty :)

Becles - I really do feel for you. You seem run raggeded (SP???) all the time. BIG HUGS xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Charlotte has just started being naughty at bed time. She goes to bed around 8pm, but keeps getting out of bed and doing naughty things. Tonight she was in and out the boys rooms until they went to sleep, has emptied out a pack of nappies and scattered them round her room, was on the windowsill banging on the window, and has removed all the clothing from two drawers and put it in her laundry basket.

She's never been like this before and it's driving me mad, as I can never rest on an evening as I'm up and down stairs putting her back into bed. I'm horrid when I go up as well - no eye contact, harsh voice, just put her back into bed with no kisses and cuddles and so on, but she's not got the message yet.
when does she turn 3? i forget :o we had the same thing around october time, luckily Ed was sleeping well so I could sort it but it was trying! we did the same thing as you and it did work eventually xx

I really should go to bed seeing as Caitlyn's already there, but I foolishly stay up so's I can catch up and be nosey on here! It's a rare treat to be able to write a post without her pressing every button on the keyboard!

I'm trying to add you as friends on FB, but don;t know who all of you are (names-wise). I've got a few but if anyone could give me any hints I'd be grateful :) BTW if you see me on anyone elses I'm HMW

Ahh, I see - just wondered if you were using two types :)

I think I'd read some people do that. Activefit for day, Babydry for night maybe? *confused* We've got two small packs of Activefit size 3s and the same amount of Babydry, plus the Babydry that are already in the changing box. Not sure we're going to use them all before his bum gets too big!

Oh, I didnt realise Ed was still up as often as that ......

Has he told you if he is having nightmares or something ?? Is his room very dark, or is there a bright light coming in ??

Give me a min and I will look at hte sleep problems book and see if there is anything in it for you :)
Ed's not too bad usually up somewhere between 12 - 2am for a feed and then again at 4-6am but rarely goes longer.
All I can get out of him is that he doesn't like his bed, I asked lots of questons tonight and he said it was too hot so we showed him that we were turning his heater down but it made no difference after 10mins.
I'm hoping in a way it's because OH is going away because I can tell myself he'll be fine once he's home again but I think it started before he knew :undecided

aren't active fit more expensive? we don't use them coz Chris is allergic but I'm sure everytime I looked they were more
