We didn't have a jumperoo but we did have a Chicco Entertainer, and yes, it was pink

Benjamin could do a good 45 mins in his sometimes! But I think that is because I had been building him up to amuse himself from when he was tiny :o He could do over 20 mins playing with the teddies on his bouncy chair before he started doing chin ups on the bar!!!

If you have a baby who likes to be held and played with all the time they probably won't go in for long. If you have a baby who is happy to play alone then they will probably like it for longer.

Hubby just called. He is in his own room on the ward and is fine. He feels like he has done a thousand sit-ups and is sore but he is okay. His nurse is male :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
There is still no visiting, which relieves me in a horrible kind of way :o

All this talk of Jumperoos.. Rhys hasn't been in ours for ages - it's at the end of the sofa and I kinda forget about it - but just put him in it and he can reach everything and stand on the floor with no cushion now... When did he grow *SO* big?! :o :rotfl:

Jillie, I could possibly be persuaded into a play session during March, particularly if there's parking nearby (i.e. parking that's not as huge and confusing as the TC). Depends where in Manchester, I don't know about trekking all the way round to 9pm (looking at M60 as a clockface!)

theres this one in chorlton? http://www.headoverheelsplay.co.uk/main_pages/our_play_area.htm

this is a list are any of them easy for you?? http://www.kidsguide.co.uk/places_to_go/indoor_play_centres_Manchester.htm

MFD, I never knew about Benjamin hun, well done you on starting to accept it ;) Glad he is ok now :D

Mrs.M, you cannae just make an announcement like that and not provide details woman!

We are having asda packket risotto for dinner, smells ok so far (still cooking) and I made some treacle scones for after mmmm....

And this morning I banged my leg against the wooden bed frame after I got dressed (tights and a skirt), it came up in a huge lump, so bad it looks like a sausage under my tights. Finally checked it (was too scared before) and it soooo clashes with the tights (purple, to match my bra if anyone asks) its huge and BLUE!!!

I always forget something:o, Congratulations tigs on Andrew's bill of health sounds very promising!!

OH has taken DS1 out for an Xbox game think he is feeling left out, he's not been getting much mummy time since the wee one was born. Hopefully it will keep him occupied until i feel up to splitting myself in 2 to spend time with everyone individually again.

Fiddling with the TV receiver OH had the bright idea of re scanning and it wiped all our channel settings, still at least i can have a shot of the remote for once lol

And we finally got the chance to register Aiden today, my wee boy is all legal :T

Ah, that second link explains something - KK5 have taken over the Alphabet Zoo sites over here! Dukinfield would be my closest, followed by Stockport. But hey, if I'm getting the car out to go to those, I can just as easily buzz round the M60 to Chorlton!

Whale-a-Round is now called Anchors Away, in Reddish. It's close, I have no idea how good it is, but that's where they hold the BabyTalk classes so I'll be taking a nosey at some point.
