You can gate-check it in the travel bag and it should be fine, it only has to travel down the stairs

I'm going to get the travel bag because we always gate check the pushchair (whatever chair) so it avoids the scary check in to plane trip.
By gate check do you mean leave it at the bottom of the stairs (cheapy flight)? They chuck them around like they are bales of straw.
Do a quick google and you will read lots of horror stories of Stokkes being damaged on flights....
I have considered getting a padded bag made for it.
DKAM - Benjamin loves quorn. I think it tastes like nothing!! Cook it in a good stock so it soaks up some flavour.please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman

Hi , and thanks for the welcomes
i am doing fine after giving birth i was home by 9pm 4 hour turn around which was great, I had no rips, grazes , was lovely , Thomas got stuck for 45 mins at the bend for my pelvis but after one final push before they were going to use cap or forceps he made it and was great to feel that movement .
last night was the first night with only about 3 hours sleep, not sure what was up with Thomas , but hes sleeping like a little angel now
Last Wednesday day before being induced , our boiler got condemed by the gas safe man , ( we are in rented accom) so we told our LL straight away , who got a quote of the guy who condemed the boiler , on Thursday evening we had a call from LL saying this guy was way to expensive and would be getting someone ion on friday fo another qoute , we believe our LL was trying to cut corners , and to cut a long story short has now had 4 blokes in all telling him the samething , this is our 7th day now with no heating or hot water , yesterday my OH called the LL and told him if he didnt ddo anyhing by 12 pm yesterday we would go to environmental health and council etc, within 30 mins he called to say he had a guy coming this morning who is going to do all the work which was originally told him by the first guy last wednesday. well 9am the guy turned up , we checked all hes cards etc, he is doing everything what was told last wed , but today he is connecting new tank emersion heater so for today we get hot water , and the rest of week will be fixing the heating.
Its really getting me down , i broke down on sunday evening , as i am sleeping on the sofa ever since giving birth as our living room has a gas fire and is only room with heating ,
Luckily my mum lives 5 mins from us so have been able to go round and have a bath round thereDont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec0 -
