My ultra cheap 10p dinner has just ended up costing me £17.09 :(

I broke my pyrex casserole set getting the wok out :( Was lucky though, they landed on my foot and shattered, I'm only wearing socks and somehow have no bruise or cuts!

Will go stir fry my 10p stir fry veggies now.

Amber is doing screa,y-screaming in her bed.

Bruno, hope you all get better soon, don't breath through your mouth, don't get too close to whoever is vomiting and clean everything! Bedding, clothes etc have to be washed on a hot wash.
  • Hello Everyone,

Hugs for everyone that's poorly. Yay for new cars and being a tourist for a day.

Boo for money being in the bank when is should be

Not much going on in my life at the moment, apart from a pajama party at swimming tomorrow to raise funds for Haiti. Should be interesting as I've never got to do that swimming medal when I was younger where you had to dive for a brick wearing your PJ's.
Proud to be dealing with my debts

Hopefully just a day Bruno - not the end of the world but a PITA.

Only a few more hours and I won't have to hold in my secret any longer - I hate having secrets and having a GREAT GIFT for someone that is within giving distance is awful for me. This is why I buy Christmas and birthday presents so far in advance, because by the time the occasion rolls around I no longer feel obliged to scream OMG I GOT YOU THIS every time I see them.

I've composed and sent my (first annual) love note to the Adelphi Hotel as well, reminding them that they owe me £129 and an apology.

And SS talking about money in the wrong account got me switching money all over the place :o Found my car insurance refund in the account I used to pay it from, not my new current account.. odd!

Once I get my new phone, I can envirofone my old one for £20 :)

OH has bizarrely taken money out the cash machine and given me it. Don't know why, he doesn't owe me anything (monetary at least :p). Don't know why he couldn't have transferred it cos now I've got to go to the bank with it! Grrrr..

Phone contract? You mean you don't know whether to renew, or just how to? :)

I think my original contract with Orange, 3yrs ago, was £35 a month, then went down to £25 a month and I was offered the upgrade to my current phone (good enough for me - better camera, everything else just about the same) for £20 a month for 400mins and unlimited texts and if I took it today, they'd lower it to £17 a month so that's what I did :)
