I have used mobile connections in birmingham for 2 years.
The first year i had 2 contracts and got almost all of my cashbacks ok, sometimes with propmting for the second one (they were on the same bill)
This year, i took out 3 contracts in January. Sent off bill as usual in Feb and got no cashback. Same happened again in March. It took me 12-15 phonecalls and a letter to get the cashbacks sorted. They claimed it was an issue with my bank details. I know it wasnt because they would read out the exact details to me over the phone. They made every excuse possible until they got my letter...
Since then, the cashbacks have gone reasonably smoothly but some prompting reuquire on my part.
However, i'm still waiting for this months cashback and sent the bill 2 weeks ago. will see what happens but i'll probably need to ring them again
I am going to avoid them in the future.....0 -
Hi,
I'm having problems with Mobile City based in Birmingham. I have been using them for couple of years and and everything was fine.
This month they gave me an cashbcak cheque which was baunced. I went into the shop on Friday and I was told that all cashbcaks are on hold for the next 4-6 weeks because they do not have money in there account.
They owe me around £180. What can I do to take my cashback from them?
Thanks in advance.
