    You need to clear cookies then log into Quidco and follow their link through to O2.

    This should result in your transaction showing as tracked (it may take a while).
    Sometime (days-weeks) later that transaction will show as validated.
    Eventually (about a couple of months after activation with O2) it will show that Quidco have received the payment from O2
    At the next payment date they will transfer the money (less the initial one year fee of £5) into the bank account you specified (there may be other options but I don't remember).

    There is another site called TopCashBack which offers the same or at least similar cashback deals and they don't have any fee. I registered with Quidco before I heard of them and as Quidco have been reliable (well over £500 so far) I haven't bothered changing.

    I use a seperate browser for Quidco (IE as I use FF for browsing) as that removes any inconvenience associated with clearing cookies.
