Cycle date, so CD1 is the first day of your AF (aunt Flo, period).

There's a link with abbreviations on the first page.

The most common ones are:

OV - ovulation
OPK - ovulation predictor kits
SS - symptom spotting
BD - Baby dance (making babies)
AF - Aunt Flo (period)
CBFM - Clearblue fertility monitor
Temp - temperature (BBT)
SBDTA - Sticky baby dust to all

Thanks so the best days for bding are cd10 for five days? Is that right? Or is that if your on a 28 day cycle?

It is only if your cycle is 28 days, but some people ov as early as CD8 or as late as CD20 on 28 day cycle so it is not definite.

Back off holibobs. Af got me mid hols. I was very 'meh' about it to be honest. I look forward to lots of BD'ing this month. I shall not get depressed, I shall look upwards and onwards and enjoy the ride!

Afternoon Ladies
Got an interview next week for the job I went for, nervous already, its a big step up the ladder so really want it! No changE body wise, CD46 no AF, no symptoms either way, just meh really, we're BDing regular just in case we have a late late OV, but just playing the waiting game otherwise.

Hello ladies :wave:

Well before I bow out of here I thought I should update you. Just got back from hosp after having my scan at early pregnancy unit. The normal ultrasound could see the sac but not the bean so had to have the internal :eek:. Anyway beanie was all present and correct with a heartbeat too which puts me at 6 weeks (although still not sure how that is after CBFM said I ov'd 5 weeks ago).

Anyway, I have my fingers crossed for each and every one of you. I will obviusly be lurking here all the time so no news will go unnoticed.

Thank you all so much for the support and advice along the TTC journey, I hope my getting PG has filled you all with hope, honestly if it's happened for me then it will def happen for all of you.

Hope I haven't upset anyone with this post but I just felt the need to say thank you....xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
